ZATCA E-Invoicing Software (Fatoora Phase 2) — Marix ERP

Marix ERP issues e-invoices that meet ZATCA's Phase 2 (integration) requirements for businesses in Saudi Arabia. Each tax invoice carries a QR code, UUID, invoice hash and cryptographic stamp, and is submitted to the Fatoora platform for clearance (standard B2B invoices) or reporting (simplified B2C invoices), with the status visible on the invoice list. Invoices print in Arabic and English, credit and debit notes reference the original document as required, and VAT returns are built from the same ledger so they reconcile with your sales report. Zero-rated and exempt supplies carry the correct exemption codes, and our Riyadh team handles onboarding and device registration.

Clearance & Reporting

Standard invoices are cleared and simplified invoices reported through Fatoora, with a lock icon on the invoice list showing filed documents.

Simplified & Standard Invoices

B2C simplified and B2B standard tax invoices from one sales flow, with the right layout and fields for each.

Credit & Debit Notes

Notes linked to the original invoice with reason codes, reported to ZATCA the same way as invoices.

Is Marix ERP ready for ZATCA Phase 2?

Yes. Marix generates the XML, QR code, hash chain and cryptographic stamp, and integrates with Fatoora for clearance and reporting.

What is the difference between clearance and reporting?

Standard (B2B) invoices must be cleared by ZATCA before they are shared; simplified (B2C) invoices are reported within 24 hours. Marix handles both.

Do we need a separate e-invoicing tool?

No. E-invoicing is built into the sales module, so invoices, credit notes and VAT returns come from one system.

How long does onboarding take?

Device registration and the first cleared invoice are usually completed within days, with our Riyadh team guiding the process.
